Peruvian
Cultivated by small estate growers, deep in the South American jungle near the ancient city of Machu Picchu, this coffee possesses a delicate acidity, medium body and mile flavor. A perfect ‘anytime’ coffee.
Indonesian
Typical of coffees grown in the South Pacific, this heavy-bodied, full-flavored coffee from Indonesia offers a wonderful aroma and satisfying taste.
Central American
This high-grown, Central American coffee provides excellent acidity, rich flavor, and full body. Medium roasted to bring out the wonderful qualities that this great coffee possesses.
African
Sun dried naturally for a deep, rich flavor, this coffee from the East African highlands has a thick body with a full and complex taste – fruity with hints of berries.
French Roast
This Latin American blend delivers a sparkling taste and lively acidity. Roasted dark until slight traces of natural oils appear, this exceptional blend was voted #1 by our customers.
Hemp Roast
Sterilized hemp seeds – naturally high in essential fatty acids, beta-carotene and vitamin E, with 23% protein and 35% fiber – are added tour our French Roast, giving this already smooth coffee a rich, nutty taste.
House Blend
A complex blend of all our naturally grown coffees. Full bodied, with a clean smooth taste.
Sierra Pacific Espresso
For our darkest blend, we use only naturally grown, high-grown beans dense enough to withstand the high degree roast. The bittersweet and syrup flavor combination, as well as the complex and balanced aroma, are unlocked in this coffee’s slow roasting process.
Swiss Water Process Decaf (SWF)
This naturally grown, chemical free coffee is decaffeinated using only fresh water, ensuring no solvents or foreign chemicals detract from the full body and rich flavor.
